Their pizzas are decent but I prefer other places over theirs. Last week, we ordered some cinnamon swirls and drove up to the drive thru window. We were told that our cinnamon swirls were messed up. They offered to remake it and bring it out to our car. We waited in the parking lot for some good 25 minutes before I went inside and got my order. After having to wait for an hour altogether for some cinnamon swirls, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Normally I don’t have an issue with Domino’s, but tonight was the worst experiencenAs soon as I got off work I tried to callnNobody answered the phone (I was on there for 10 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time still with no answer)nI pulled up and went insidenNot one person greeted me and I stood there for a few minutes before anyone even asked if the girl in front of me or I had been helpednThen it took about 20 more minutes before my order was readynAnother customer even looked at me and said they need to update their app if they can’t get your order to you on timenThen one more thing was irritating me. While I was waiting I was watching the crew “work”nTwo of the boys were talking more than they were working and with the Pandemic still going on, one of them wasn’t wearing his mask and I’m sorry but if you work in the food industry, you should definitely be wearing your mask and gloves while putting peoples orders together

Food has been great. However, I’ve now lost $6 to them. Both of my orders I asked for 4 marinara. The first order I got 4 garlics instead and the order I got tonight I just didn’t get sauces at all. Wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t paid $3 each time for them.

I literally called 10plus time to this Wichita Fallas, TX Domino's, they keep ignoring my call. I have never had this experience before, shame on this managers store and their staff. No excuse is good enough to not even answer someones call.

They produce the fastest and tastiest pizza in town. Even if I have to 30 mins for carry out, it's worth it. The gm is brilliant and all the managers are on point. Everything is fresh and made on the 5/5.
