It was a blast! I'll take my kids back often this summer. Only thing that would have made it better was there were some parts of the maze playground that were out of service due to what looked like maintenance issues. Overall great spot, just not 100% yet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I've never at any point had an issue at Urban Air when it was under various administration however the new Manager Byron ought not have the position he has. Also on the off chance that you actually need a free or cheap birthday celebration complain about your host having to work other birthday parties and the young gal not cutting the cake. The manager will make you pay little to nothing. He should of stuck up for his workers. the host took care of her responsibility to her capacity and was cordial. Although it wasn’t my party I over heard the elders talking about it. Urban air won't ever get my business again and I will keep on composing awful surveys until this is tended to.

My niece works there, so my son had to go play on the trampolines. He loved it! (Thats him in the pic with the red shirt... (just to make clear im not a creeper posting pics of other peoples kids)). We will definitely go back.

I 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Urban Air in Wichita Falls.nIf I could give give ZERO stars, I would!nnWe booked a reservation online through their website a week in advance. Paid for our reservation and my family came from 5 hours away for my nephews birthday only to get to the park to find out they’re “Closed” on Friday’s. Our reservations were for 01/01/2021 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. (Got three emails confirming, receipts and having to sign our waivers for play ahead of time.)nnThe corporate office didn’t apologize for their mistake and let us know that the tickets were “good for 90 days in case things like this happen” but they literally just DESTROYED my nephews birthday party plans, so the 90 days aren’t helpful at this point.nnThanks Urban Air. You won’t EVER get our business again. ud83dude43nnEdit to add proof of my reservations since the owner responded that they “had no reservations on the books today.”
