Connie is wonderful. She always does a great job on my hair. I have never left disappointed she always does exactly what I want. And her prices are good!!!
I went in without an appointment,they couldn't fit me in right then,I was told to come back at 1230 and she would be able to help me. Went back,was taken well care of and am going to get my wife an appointment for her cut. Very courteous and prompt.
I recently went to Ulta Beauty to get a hair cut and ended up leaving the salon with choppy hair. I called Salon Di’Jon the next morning and Brenda was able to squeeze me into her schedule to fix my hair. She was so nice the entire time and was so understanding. I’ve gone to Salon Di’Jon for many years, but this was the first time with Brenda. I’m so glad to know that all of the ladies there are great at what they do!
Cons:
Poor customer Service as I will be a Karen they sit on their phones and not even associate with their paying customers and act as if they're better than the rest sad after I payed 200.00 for hair that took 2 sessions and the lady was not even sure how to do it.
Pros:
They do great with the elderly clientele as the older lady as I watched her do hair was clearly a sweet woman offering details on how to do my hair to lady doing mine.
The employees were great brenda cut my hair.did a great job and was very pleasant
