I loved living there on the hill. It felt safe and in my own little area. The landlord would always check on us and if our home needed anything.
Horrible living conditions. Landlord does not take care of the homes or outside areas at all. They let anyone move in including meth cooks. One trailor exploded several times and burnt completly down.
The place is not kept up. Manager there is worthless. Owners dont live around here so they dont know how rundown the place is. Mold in all the trailers, leaks everywhere, lawn never gets mowed.
