While most companies try to improve on service this one doesn't seem to get that idea. Since the major remodel they had done they have gotten slower at service times, frequently run out of supplies of items like chicken nuggets or different types of sodas, and I have on a couple of visits had them serve me Big Macs with smaller hamburger patties on them than is normal. When brought to their attention it doesn't seem to get anywhere. I do hope they get it straightened out as they used to be a good value but no longer.nnAnd then I try giving them another chance and after waiting at drive thru speaker several minutes and getting no response I pull up to find the employee asleep at the desk.

Ordered grub hub should’ve had 4 fries not ONE can’t blame GH for the mistake call speak to a “supposed manager” who says “Oh I know what happened new staff sealed bag to early, make a complaint with GH”...GH is not feeding my child who only eats fries now are they McDonalds! Who acknowledged their staff messed up...it’s not about the refund it’s about needing the food at the time!!! Idiot!

Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. They couldn't be bothered to double check the order and make sure everything was in there. I had to call and make another trip trip to pick up the missing sandwich. I ended up eating a cold dinner and all I got was an apology.

Just wanted to say the workers today were very nice and helpful to us. My kids were sick of the troll toys so they went out today the way to dig through and get them different toys. The smiles on my kids face when they opened their meals was so nice .

DISGUSTING ......cannot even get the order right. Food tastes like rubber. Not FRESH at all. What had happened at this location????
