My elderly mom hired Miguel to paint a 10x11 foot bedroom. She removed the carpet, padding, and tacks herself to prepare the room. She sent him the color Benjamin Moore #718 and did not use it, he chose his own color of blue. As the 3 painters (father and 2 sons) left they hit the door and knocked a hole in the wall. My mom has called and texted and no response. So I’m in town now the daughter from Cincinnati and I am reporting this business to the BBB and leaving this review. If you care about professional service and your elderly parents do not use this painter. The funniest part is I don’t even have any paint to fix the hole they left. I just received a text telling me the guy is out of town, maybe he will bring some paint by. By the way this cost $435, way too much but my mom did not know that. Rest assured I will figure this out for her. Thank you

We have had Doctor Paint complete two large jobs for us. The first was interior painting, and the second was a complete exterior update, including painting the house, trim, and decking. We called to set up an estimate we had to cancel our apt time so he rescheduled for the next day. Several mins after he was supposed to arrive he cancelled and asked if the following day was ok we said it was and asked for a time with no response back. Very unprofessional in our opinion so we took our business somewhere else.
