Highly suggest visiting here! Wonderful place. This place requires someone who is in moderately good shape. Many slants, wet surfaces, steps, and tripping hazards. But it is worth the time to spend and walk the trails. Its all open and allows you to pretty much go where you want. Watch your young kids! They could end up jumping off tall ledges. Enjoy!

Beautiful park with multiple waterfalls! Easy to walk to the last of the falls! Once you get to the last and biggest falls there are steps to take you down but because of snow and ice when we went the stairs down were closed! It’s still a very nice waterfall to view from the top and worth the short walk!

My wife and I took a day trip with no agenda or destination and found ourselves at Burgess Falls State Park for the first time. The signs say the 3/4 mile hike to the main falls overlook is strenuous, but it isn't too bad. We didn't take the hike to the bottom of the falls this time since we didn't have outdoorsy footwear on, but we'll do it when we go back. There are other trails that also look great, so we will be exploring a lot more on our next trip. Enjoy!

Trails are moderate trek. Not for wheeichairs. If you wish there are places to wade in the water.

We have so much fun here. The hike is easy enough for the kids to enjoy so it's definitely a favorite. They can play at the playground and picnic area also. Very family friendly and there is always a park ranger near by if you need them. We feel safe here.
