The Tax Company has caused us nothing but problems with the IRS. We had an appt in February to file our taxes. We paid Steve for services that never were completed. They didnt file the taxes and then claimed they filed an extension but failed to notify us or give a reason why. I called over 20 times a showed up several times n could never get ahold of anyone to help. It turns our they failed to file the taxes by the end of the extension also. Steve didn't file taxes until the very end of October and left us with penalties and interest and yet again is refusing to take my calls. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE SAME BOAT!!

First and last time ever with dealing with his company. I filed early and the accountant never put my taxes through until four weeks later. Would never return phone calls. Bad business ethics!
