I am vacationing here in Hohenwald but needed to utilize the library to complete an important report for work. I was advised of the hour WiFi time limit by a really sweet young lady. As my hour came to a conclusion, an older lady with short white hair, advised me that I had 5 minutes left. At first I thought that was very sweet of her but when the 5 min had concluded, she became harsh and told me not only was I required to be off WiFi but I had to leave due to capacity. Now I understand that things have changed do to covid but the only persons in the library was myself and my daughter. I was dismayed towards the library employee’s rude attitude and her lack of kindness.
Great Library! Great selection of books, fast internet for my online school, and friendly staff (Jaime is the best and always helpful). Lot's of activities for kids and teens!
Helpful, friendly staff. Great environment. Lots of activities for kids. They always have creative decorations for the holidays. Great place to meet new people..... I don't know, but the Lewis County Library feels like the heart of Hohenwald.
