The key froze in our home security door and we could not lock the door.nThis was on Saturday and we called and they said to bring the lock assembly in and they would look at it. Took the guy about 5 minutes to fix the lock and we were on our way. It works perfectly and is very smooth. This is on a 25 year old security door so finding parts would be a nightmare.
