Most locksmiths are between $50-$80... their price is $167 and they do not tell you that over the phone. Surprise! I do not recommend. Plus I waited over an hour. Not again.
Key was made in about 2 minutes, cost $5.50 which is pretty reasonable for the convenience this machine provides and it worked just fine when I got home. Very cool machine and use of technology, I had my key saved in the event I need to have another made I guess I can quickly order one. Saves me the hassle of going to Lowes/Home Depot!
Had some trouble with the kiosk - called the number for Help desk and they resolved the problem immediately. Like that they can hold a copy on file for you so you can have a key made without having the key with you.
Excessively expensive and disorganized.
The price was a little costly- $8 for a key, but it was fast, convenient, and the key worked!
