This was our first year to have our taxes prepared by them. I was so happy with Mrs. Marcel. I believe the other wonderful lady that works there is Mrs. Sandy. She was also wonderful. They welcomed us as if we were family. I felt right at home. A daunting process turned into a wonderful time. Filled with laughs and a cup of coffee. The whole process was explained thoroughly and she even took her time to make sure we understood everything. I am amazed at her hospitality and her love for her job. I will definitely be back. I suggest you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

The lady, Macey helped me with taxes from 2016. She was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to see her next year.nI was more than happy with the service.

We had an appointment to have our taxes done across the street but ended up noticing JH and decided to give them a try since they had a higher rating. They did NOT disappoint! We had help from Macel. She was so knowledgeable, asked us every question possible, helped us with all of our tax questions, took a decent amount of time but not too much, and I feel that we got our biggest refund we could have expected. She made us feel welcome and helped to advise us about things we could do for next year and items we need to keep track of to help us out in the future. The facility was clean and tidy. I will for sure go back, and know who to contact if I need help with anything else! Thank you JacksonHewitt.
