I have been going through H&R Block on and off for several years . What keeps me coming back is because of there kindness and desire to help.weather it's in person or over the phone they are very kind and helpful. I also like how they have made it possible to go online and do your taxes for free but always have someone standing by to help you if you need it. So I want to say thanks for the smiles I receive as I walk in the doors and the smiles I receive leaving yal keep up the great work

I the experience with Karen our preparer was excellent. She explained things thoroughly and was very friendly. This being our first time she took time to ask questions and set us as ease.

My agent is awesome. The call center I get when I call to set appointments get a total 0! They Do Not set the right time! Give u the wrong days wrong time wrong information and then cannot even transfer me to the location I go to.

Wayyyyy too expensive for the process. I'm not here to pay for you guys building expenses or whatever... it kind of errked me to think I had to pay 300 something and when I asked why it was so high the response was that yall had building expenses and so on to make sure got paid.
