Had an appointment scheduled for 2/20 at 3pm, I got a confirmation text on 2/19 confirming my appointment. I drive into town, just to find out they are closed. No call, no text, no nothing.

Janet Johnson, at the Hohenwald H and R block office, helped us with our taxes this year. I have filed my own taxes for nearly 15 years, but the changes to tax laws this year left me with several major questions. Janet answered all of my questions quickly, thoroughly, and in a manner that was easy to understand. She fit us in for a same day appointment, and stayed several hours past the end of her scheduled shift to ensure that all our questions were answered and our return was complete. She was wonderful and the peace of mind I have from having her check my application was worth every penny. I highly recommend using her!
