Paid over 100$ to have a CPA file taxes for my mother and she told them she wanted it direct deposit but they didn't bother getting any of her direct deposit information. They tapped her bank account to get their money and then they just filed her taxes and had her check sent through the mail. They didn't offer any words when we questioned them about it, they just kept talking in circles about how they can't change it now. They offered no apologies they just acted as if they were not at fault.
I have worked with Tammy at YMM for several years....she has taken care of all our taxes for our individual business. She continues to take care of taxes for our country store in Duck River TN (The Duck River Country Store). I wouldn't use anyone else....she is fabulous to work with...very professional and knowledgeable about all accounting services. I would definitely recommend YMM for any of your Bookkeeping and Accounting needs!!! We love her!!
