We had awesome experience from the sales with Clay as our salesman he did great all the way to the finance department we could have had a nicer and helpful group of people there. Stacy did a awesome job showing us everything about our new camper! If you need a camper this is a place to you will not go wrong!! Thank you very much can’t wait to make memories with our family

Went here to look at a specific Montana. Everyone we came into contact with did a great job! We worked out a deal and planned to come back in a week for delivery. They were ready and everything went as good as it could possibly go. I would recommend anyone go there especially if you care about customer service.nI recommend Renee And Kim for sales, Mark, manager, Robert in service and Kevin in delivery ( best I’ve every had)...This is our 5th RV.nI’ve had to call back several times for small issues/questions and they have always been available and provided all the answers I needed.nHighly recommend them.....Lonnie

How could a couple from Illinois on vacation in Alabama buy an RV in Tennessee? That’s what happened and we couldn’t be happier. We found a fifth wheel on the internet and made contact with Renee. She was helpful, prompt and always responded to our questions. She also found and shipped us a box of items we forgot to take from our old trailer. Kim made working the numbers an easy and straightforward process for both our trade in and our new trailer. Debbie even made the financing an enjoyable conversation. Stacey was terrific when explaining everything in our walk through. They all went the extra mile to meet our travel schedule. Southern hospitality was a genuine part of everyone we came in contact with. Not sure when we will be back in Jackson - hopefully it’s before we buy our next RV at Smallwoods!

Smallwood's is great! We told them what we were interested in and Kim went out in the snow to make pictures and text them to me! We went as soon as we could get there. And our new to us camper left there with us. Absolute best in sales, accounting and parts!

Smallwoods had exactly what we were looking for! We drove an hour to get there. Renee was our sales person and she was terrific! We are first time camper buyers and we had lots of questions. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. It was a relaxing atmosphere and we never felt pressured! I highly recommend using Renee for your camper buying needs!
