We had an emergency bearing issue, which was the result of bad service from another, out of State, repair shop (not Gander), and found ourselves stuck (immobile) on our road trip with an Airstream. Gander of Jackson, TN had sympathy for our situation, and was able to make space in their busy repair schedule to make sure we were able to get back on the road safely. In the past, our experiences with RV repair shops have been fairly cold and business oriented, but our experience at Gander of Jackson really gave us faith that good, caring people are out there during these times of need. The staff was incredible and made extra effort to ensure our safety on the road ahead. I could tell that they genuinely cared about our situation and well being. I wish all RV shops had the work ethic and personal approach that Gander of Jackson showed us. They truly care about their customers, and we are forever grateful for their services in our situation. Highly recommended
Great atmosphere. Helpful staff. No fly fishing gear, sadly. But all around a great place for outdoor, fishing, etc. Needs. And not a bad selection of RVs and campers either. Would have been a five star, but like I said, no fly fishing gear.
Lots of inventory, spend to much money every time I go
We purchased a new 5th wheel from Gander Jackson TN. The sales and service staff are the best. They bent over backwards to make everything right. Fixed all issues. They are professional and courteous. Best experience we’ve had in RV field. Can’t go wrong with this team.nnUpdate: after waiting 2 months at another RV center. Took back to Jackson TN Gander and they quickly and professionally fixed all my issues with the unit. Jackson Gander RV has the best service around. Call Tim and he will do what it takes and they do it quick!! Thanks again!!
