The driver 11*9 has been driving recklessly this morning (1/15/21) as we saw going through Athens by Wesleyan College...we tried to call the number three times to no answer....then got on here and saw the reviews no wonder....smh
There is a woman there who is very rude and doesn't need a job answering phone calls to schedule rides. I just don't understand why miserable people bring their issues to work. Especially customer service.
They only wait for certain people so if ur lucky ur stuck waitin on someone else after they skipped ya: bullocks
They wouldn't come pick me and my mom up from her doctors office. We called 3 times and couldn't get a response. This isn't the first time we've had a problem either!
