I ended up spending time at this RV park/campground while looking for a home to buy in the surrounding area. It was my first time ever staying in a camper or an RV park for that matter, so needless to say I really didn't know what to expect. Being recently divorced, and now living alone, feeling safe was my biggest concern. The park is family owned and operated, and is well maintained from the pool to the bathrooms, to the grounds. The gravel roads are also well maintained, and a 10mph speed limit is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all. At night the campground is well lit, and there is usually someone patrolling and keeping watch over things. I was most grateful for this luxury! I had a couple of minor emergencies with my RV, and Chris and Cliff quickly came to my rescue, and got me up and going again in just minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or for a nicer, down to earth, bunch to deal with. The campground is quiet, with nice size lots and mature trees that offer ample shade in the summer months. I enjoyed the pool more than anything and appreciated the fact that it was always clean and inviting. If you're passing through, this is a great place to stop and soak up a little sun, go for a swim, or just relax in the shade or by a campfire at night.

Good service while checking in. They have a lot of spots, so can accommodate many. Outside playground for younger visitors. Great size pool, although it was too cold for us to use during our trip. Seems as though there are a good many longer term spots being used. Our camp site was pretty small and tight or I would have given more stars. We were here for a volleyball tournament, so worked well for us. Nice and quiet at night so we tested well.

It was over all fine, was there just for one night. The pool area looked nice. They definitely needed to put some more gravel down on the drive and camper areas. It was fairly quiet most of the time, except for the morning we left. There was a bigger guy, over by the sidewalk that goes to main building with the bathrooms, he was talking really loud on his cell phone. We could hear his side of the conversation perfectly fine from over 100 feet away.
