Food was delicious and we had an amazing server and her name was Brittany!!! So sweet and such a pleasure to get to know. Can't wait for my wife and I to have another mini date morning.....
The cook you have is very underrated he is awesome as always over performed and made my meals delicious they always go out of the way to make sure we are satisfied
Can’t seem to figure out a plan for the pandemic. Sometimes they’re open, sometimes they aren’t. Seems to have very indecisive and inconsistent hours. Closing at random different times, random days. Totally weird! Definitely avoid until the pandemic is over with unless you’re into wasting time. (Mind you this is November, they’ve had plenty of time to figure it out)
Nettie was Amazing, one of the best waffle houses I've been too!
One of the worst for customer service. Not only were we not greeted when we walked in, I had to ask if we could sit after the table was cleared. 3 minutes later, still no acknowledgement and then a couple came in after us to eat, they were greeted and attended to and we are still waiting for some type of service. We ordered a drink and when the manager finally came to find out what was wrong and I explained the situation all I got was an I’m sorry! We walked out and went to another Waffle House and got the service we deserve as paying customers. As we got to our vehicle, there was an employee that had the audacity to wave goodbye to us. How dare she??? Everyone from the manager to the employees that were working deserve to be written up for lack of customer service.
