Good customer service from workers, But I have never before experienced such a rage in restaurants in my life, coming from the management. This manager must of had a really bad day or maybe something happened in her personal life. May God bless her and give her wisdom in her management role. God bless this Panera bread and all worker there
I went to this location yesterday evening to get my dinner before working a 12 hour shift. Once getting to work I realized that my order was completely wrong. I ordered a turkey sandwich on white bread with lettuce and mayo and broccoli soup. They gave me 2 sandwichs that were both turkey on whole grain with tomato and mayo, both had to be thrown out due to me not able to eat grain cause of a medical issue. The broccoli soup, once heated up (cause that's the only part I could eat), had hair in it. I just moved to the upstate and I will never go to another Panera restaurant again.
I have reviewed Panera bread many times now because the cafes are part of my daily grind. Thanks for the excellent quality and consistency
