My girlfriend and I ordered two iced coffees, hers was correct, mine was not. When I asked them to remake it, they immediately had an attitude. See below photos of our order. I ordered a large iced coffee with mocha, with an extra pump of mocha flavoring. When I first got my order, there was almost no mocha flavoring in the iced coffee. So when she went to remake it, I could literally see her open the mocha bottle and dump a lot of mocha into the cup without even measuring or anything. Be careful of this location. This is a second review of two that includes photos and more information. I could not add photos from my phone nor could I delete the first post on my phone or on computer.

This location is slow as molasses. Their customer service isn't that great either. You will get your order correct half the time you order here. Now if your order is made correctly, it will be good, and will be priced fair. But keep in mind this whole post when you go. Oh, and don't ask them to remake anything, it will be remade to their own liking.

Would have been 5 star if they done order as I asked. The young man at the counter is awesome. Hope his aunt makes him a manager one day

They have improved alot sinve first opening years ago. I have been visiting this location for a few weeks now since the customer service and overall quality of coffee has become much better. The service is usually always friendly and get your order out fast.

I used to love Dunkin! Especially this location, but lately they are not the same anymore. I tried to do an online order for curb side pick up, but came to find out they don’t do that even though the app lets you place a curb side order.nThe drinks are not the same anymore, they don’t even taste like coffee.
