The waiting time was a lot shorter than I was expecting. The staff was extremely helpful and patient and there is plenty of room..
I can't get to any option to speak to someone without having someone's name and the card service number doesn't have an option for people that never received a card for snap. What am I suppose to do???

I took someone to the office and have never been there before. I asked a lady at the door. Can I ask you a question? She said No. We are not open. Read the letter on the window. I thought that was rude.
