Was more rude and not paying attention to details that he asked for than being concerned with actually providing a service that many others in the valley offer. He seemed to be annoyed that I was taking up his time instead of explaining the aspects of his services and actually gaining a client. I would definitely not recommend him. For what attorneys typically charge for their services I would prefer one that is at least polite if I am going to trade my money for their time.

I called in to retain an attorney, both the receptionist and Mr. Buhler had TERRIBLE service. The receptionist answered the phone, I briefly explained what was going on and she asked what they could do for us in a rude tone. Well, they're a law office? I I just explained I am needing an attorney. So then she transferred me to Mr. Buhler, who had the same tone. I briefly explained to him what was going on and then he cut me off, and asked me what he could do for me in a rude tone. I was annoyed, he acted like he wasn't enthused to help which is supposed to be his profession as an attorney. Especially one I'm ready to retain and pay for. So I told him nevermind, I'll call elsewhere and before I hung up I told him that they're service was horrible. Extremely poor customer service.

Do not I repeat do not go with this man. I looked at the reviews before I contacted and some were not so great but I went ahead anyway and had my husband call for his previous marriage. Big mistake!! He was very unprofessional and accusatory and money hungry. I understand that you might not know all situations so that’s why I have him the benefit of the doubt with his past reviews but this situation is a no brainer. If I could give zero stars I would. We’ll take our business elsewhere and I truly home the rest of you considering this man do also.

I would not recommend this attorney at all. He is very rude. I called in to see how we can get custody of my niece and nephew because the mom just disappeared. He said he can not help with also making rude comments. I called another attorney. They was very nice and was able to help me.
