Nice homes in here we decided to build with Mungo. Roy the builder is really great and he does anything he can to make you happy with your experience. Katie the agent on site is awesome as well.
Very disappointed in the service that I received when trying to get a cracked window replaced under their warranty. I purchased a new home from from Mungo Homes and with in 45 day's of living there, one of the windows cracked due to the home settling. I called to get the window replaced under warranty and was told it would be. Then after a month of not hearing anything I emailed back and they said it wasn't covered. I emailed multiple times to a Mr. Garrett the supervisor and he never returned any of my emails. I'm very disappointed in the service I have received after the purchase of a new home.

My daughter walked me through Mungo's model home in Madison Park, I was so impressed with the layout of this house. It's too big to be our future home, but it surpassed our expectations and met every one of our wants and needs and within our budget.
