I attended a focus group today with this firm. The cases were presented factually and unbiasedly. The cases were interesting and I really enjoyed sharing my opinions as well as hearing the opinions of others. I think that this speaks to this firms dedication and preparedness for their clients. Very fun and engaging experience, I would join a focus group again in a heartbeat!

Took part in a focus group with them. Engaging cases, and very willing to have everyone's view heard. Gave notice of time and method of how it would happen. Were very impartial in their presentation which speaks towards their professionalism and their commitment to having as little influence on it as possible. Had a good range of participants with various backgrounds and experiences which added to it. It proceeded in an orderly manner without one speaking over the other, very good mediation.

We have been so happy with the professionalism and communication that Matt, and Shauna gave us. Our case was resolved during the covid -19 stay at home orders, and despite the situation we were able to successfully close our case with the compensation we deserved! I highly recommend using Feller&Wendt!
