Don't hire David because of a referral from the Church and think he will help you. I sat down with David to go over my divorce and gave him the details. When we showed up to court he didn't even know the details of my case and fumbled through his paperwork and had to ask me details at the court proceeding. He is a nice man but I hired him because he was referred to me by my mother who knew him from her stake presidency. I am a firm believer that if you are going to do a job you need to do your best. David just took my money and didn't really even show up to court prepared. Didn't fight for me and just laid down. If you have an easy divorce he will probably do a good job. If you need someone to take a personal interest in doing his very best he's not the guy. I would not even leave a review at all if he had done an OK job. David in fact never even sent me a bill to show that all the money I paid him was used for his services. I guess any excess payment isn't returned My divorce was 2 years ago and this review is just for anyone that decides to use David because they think he is a good LDS man. Even good LDS people can be bad at their job. He is kind and it seemed like he would do a good job but he just didn't for me.

David has helped multiple family and friends . I recommend him 100% He actually does his job to help people. He will get you better than what you expected. His prices are fair and much lower than anywhere else. His rates are flat no matter how much work your case consists of. He’s very passionate about getting his clients a fair resolution. Yet he’s not afraid to go to trial . He treats his clients with compassion and concern. He gets his clients by word of mouth . If you think paying a hourly attorney will save you money ( this is a misconception !you will pay David’s flat fee three times over with a hourly rate attorney) David is honest, he really looks after your best interest. Treats his clients like family . I assure you that everyone I’ve sent to him has been more than satisfied with the Outcome. He’s very knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, professional, understanding, caring and is the best defense attorney in Utah . He takes high profile cases and any case he has . He works just as hard with any case he chooses to take . Definitely call him and make a appointment for a consultation today . You won’t regret hiring him on your behalf.

Did not do anything for my mom. She could of gotten the 2 with out him. He did not even try to help my mom.

Very knowledgeable and has a great sense of right and wrong. Every interaction my wife and I have is a positive one and has been great with a really tough custody situation that we are continuing to have.
