Need some repairs but quite
We have been working with the New Owner for 7+ years bringing in used mobiles, renovating them and renting them back out. Certainly there are some folks that live there that need to teach their kids respect for others property, lots needs to be cleaned up a little better....since we have been in this park helping fill their lots with our homes, the community is getting better. We have not had issue with break ins, stealing property etc...kids will be kids, but teach them how to respect others property etc...majority of people here are good. Very diverse. Remember ONE bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.
Terrible lease plus you pay water and dredge also no appliances rent is 900 to 1000 dollars monthly due BEFORE the first they say absolutely no pets but certain people have them the pot holes is terrible will tear up your car and they are very slow to fix anything...real slow water bill be through the roof according to some people I've spoken with and they are not liable it seems for anything also if you pay rent on the first but they dont6pick it up til the 3rd it's late..lease is outrageous and awful...I would not live under that type of injustice.
Great place to socialize and meet new people
Nice mobile home community. Has a swimming pool. Mobile homes are well kept. Lawns were mowed. No trash around homes or street.
