I had a very positive experience with no Drama want to move out their needs improvement on flooring but overall quiet , relaxing and very affordable. I didn't get to see all rooms but the Master tub is exquisite.

Yes, it is run down and the road is unpaved with lots of pot holes. However, it is a VERY convenient location. You can be downtown or on USC campus in ten minutes. Interstate 26 is very close also.

Absolutely awful completely ran down needs to be remodel the roads unpaved it looks like a landfill old furniture old toilets in the roadway no place to raise a child or a family for that matter it needs to be condemned and shut down the city of West Columbia should be ashamed to have this place on the map

The roads are rough and the maintenance man is a pervert. The owner is accused of being a part of the KKK. Personally the homes look nice. It's the internal business that could get messy.
