Every single time I've used mobile pickup it's such a long wait. The main issue I see is the employee who heats up the sandwiches and bakery items does NOT communicate with the employees who are making the drinks AT ALL. So, I'll get my drink in a fairly reasonable time because they are right there by the pickup counter, but those drink employees have no idea what is happening on the other side where my sandwhich is apparently being prepared. It's very very strange. It's better to just wait in the drive-thru in your car, instead of standing there awkwardly while being ignored for 10-20 minutes.nnAlso, this location is forever out of the grilled cheese sandwich (one of my favorite items on the menu), even though the app always says it's available. Weird..

Wonderful new store. Yeah, certain times are going to be really busy and the line will be long, but with a little patience, pre-planning and understanding all the kinks will get worked out.nnEveryone I’ve come in contact with there has been great and they even remember my order.
