Sat in drive thru for 20 min only to get the wrong thing completely. Park, go to door. Its locked. Waited 10 min for them to open doors at 8am, to finally ask for my order. They bring me my order, and its still 100% wrong. Not one thing I asked for. Wont go back to this location. Short staffed and don't care if the order is wrong or not.

The service is never with a smile, food is usually cold in the middle and they are ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of what should be well supplied menu items. I just dont get it. It's a shame there isnt a better donut place in Lexington...hint hint euntrapateurs.

I guess I'll start by saying, I still got fed. It was still warm and tasty. I still got a nice cup of coffee to keep me awake despite the long, odd hours I work. But now it's time for the bad. I ASKED for a single sausage egg and cheese croissant with two sausage patties and mayo. Was informed that they were out of croissants. SO! I PAID for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on Texas Toast with two sausage patties and mayo. I GOT a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin with no extra sausage patty and no mayo.nnAll in all, this particular Dunkin' feels a little more on the McDonald's fast food side of the spectrum

Don’t get me wrong, the two gals working definitely knew how to talk to customers.. I just don’t think the customer service was nearly what it could be. Ordered some hash browns, and some bagel bites.. they continue to tell me they don’t have bagel bites.. or anything that they offered instead.. then I decided to just get some donut hole treats but to be assorted and they didn’t even assort them! Not to sound like an ungrateful person by any means.. I just feel they could’ve handled the situation better. By the time I just figured to cancel the bites.. they already had em done and they weren’t even fresh! I hope whoever reads this really understands how important donut hole bites are when they’re fresh!!! Psh no glazed?! Come on.....

terrible, always out of food, the kitchen has been closed lately and you can only get a coffee and no food. They are alwasy short staff. I asked the staff why are they always out of food and she ignored me and closed the drive thru window so I couln't talk to her. Staff is rude, sandwiches are undercooked with soggy bacon.
