Only been here twice. 1st time order was incorrect. 2nd time today, and donuts were STALE! as busy as this place is, I can't understand why the donuts were stale and tasteless! They should always be fresh. Also, drive through very slow and employees talking among themselves instead of dealing with customer at window. I will not go again. Very disappointed!

Line was long but wait was not. Ordering and pickup were efficient and quick. Order was correct. Gotta love it...

Went for donuts and coffee. They didn't have one flavor we wanted. Well they said park in front and not only made them fresh they added 1 for our wait. They were very polite. Well worth going here. You can't beat dunkin for the best of the best donuts and coffee.

I had a big drink order, the line was ridiculously long, but my drinks were made exactly how I ordered them. They did a great job.

my coffee was OK at best, it should have been better. They totally missed the mark on my bagels! I've been yearning for bagels with cream cheese since leaving NYC, so when I saw this place I immediately stopped and ordered my medium coffee and 2 bagels with cream cheese. well let me tell you, the bagels were overly toasted (and honestly I was willing to over look that since I didnt ask them to lightly toast them) but when I bit into my 1st bagel it was so dry! I opened it up and it barely had cream cheese on it! I closed it up and opened the second one to find it was worse than the 1st one! ugh I was so unhappy and thought of complaining to management but figured I just won't go there again so they lost me as a customer. to make thing worse the girl wasn't even wearing her mask when she served me through the drive thru. ironically enough the window right next to her stated how all employees are required to wear a mask. luckily I had mine on! The gentleman that served me my coffee was awesome, just wished he made my coffee better.
