This ballpark has been around for as long as I can remember. I played little league there in the 1960s and 70s. Midget football. I also played high-school baseball and football on that field for the Slater-Marietta High School Green Wave under coaches Richard Hitch and Tom Stanford. There is much history attached to this park, a very well maintained ball field that can accommodate all levels of players and teams. Less than half a mile from Jimi Turner Park.

Single field. Deep outfield. Not a bad baseball/softball field.
