He came that day to fix and was gracious about saying the previous fix it guy had just done a poor job of anchoring it within a double door deadbolt. Bottom line....fixed in a few hours, reasonable price and nice honest guy. He's on my contact list now. Should be on yours too
I was amazed at the quick respond time to my services needs and his availability on a weekend. Very polite and keep me well informed with updates. My family has peace of mind now that the doors are secure. Will definitely hire again.
