Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey: Attorneys purveying a standard of judicial excellence, effective communication and empathetic customer service.nnI initially came into contact with Mr. Jim Bannister and his paralegal, Mrs. Cheree Aiken, in the fall of 2016. This period of time in my life was incredibly difficult. However, Mr. Bannister and Mrs. Aiken cemented the idea that there was light at the end of the tunnel for me.nnThrough client cooperation and effective legislative analysis Mr. Bannister helped me come to a reasonable solution in my legal experience. In addition, five (5) years down the road when I still had an issue with the prior incident, Mrs. Aiken was highly empathetic and did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue.nnI think the actions of Mr. Bannister and Mrs. Aiken provide the intrinsic value of what it means to be an attorney and paralegal. To bridge the gap between client, attorney and court with effective communication and to create a reasonable solution for the parties involved. They are an amazing group of people that are very caring and professional. Tiffany, Alex and Marcello are hero's to my family.
