I ordered online and it had seemed that my driver was at the wrong place. I had called the location but it was during their busy point. The manager Chance gave me a call back as soon as possible and was so kind and helpful. He himself deserves this 5 star. Thanks for all you did for me today!
Visit was good, store seemed clean, bathrooms could use some work. But everything else was nicely Social Distance spaced and marked.nnFood was great and came out in a good timely manner. The register worker was very friendly but no one else in the cafe could be bothered to make eye contact or smile.nnManager seemed buried in his paper work and not so much in directing the closing staff, either good faith in his staff or just wanted to be done. I get it.nnThis was my first visit to a Panera in 2-3 years. And full disclosure I used to work at this location.nnThey did a good job though. Got my approval.
Roasted turkey avocado half sandwich delicious and summer squash soup mmm yummy.
The broccoli and cheddar soup with a chicken salad sandwich was great.
The employees here are the politest Panera's I have run into yet! Working through the pandemic even! The ones in Henrietta should take note.
