I ordered black coffee, it came with milk or cream, definitely light brown, not black. Waited the drive through again and was given a sugary milky drink again. The third time I got a cup of hot water with just enough coffee to make it look black.
Went through the drive through . Shorted my change. Bagels weren't toasted .They were cold, hard and stale. Donuts were just shoved in a bag. More frosting on the inside of the bag than on the donuts. I have tried this store several times and been disappointed each time. No problem with other stores. This store gives Dunkin a bad name. The corp. should have better standards.
This place is getting worse! Maybe I was wrong to assume that when I order I expect to get a reasonably fresh bagel toasted. Old bagel and not even warmed up let alone toasted. I should know better because this location is garbage!
I should be able to give you zero stars, you employees get onto the customers about wearing their masks. Yet they aren't wearing theirs correctly. One guy had his below his chin and a girl had hers below her nose. Train your employees right on procedures!!!!
Burned (toasted) my bagel so much that I couldn’t even bite into it. It was hard as a rock and they didn’t answer the phone when I called to fix the issue. Team was not very personable taking order or at the window on 3/10/21 7:45am. Guy who handed me my food didn’t say one word to me. I had to go to another Dunkin on Lauren’s to get a new breakfast so I wasn’t late for work.
