Great customer service! I didn't know what I wanted and Chase patiently walked me through the menu offering his recommendations. The drink was also delicious!

Employee was rude to wife for not having mask over her nose. She has a medical condition and is not able to breathe properly with a face covering her airway. If a company wants to stay in business long term, they need to be respectful to patrons.

I love bubble tea and I would not recommend going here! The tea was not good and the bubbles were undercooked and therefore hard and disgusting. My husband and I were very disappointed!! If I could give zero stars I would.
