Great place to rent cars they carry a lot of Ford's
Recommend renting a vehicle from this location. Being a one car family now since my job is mainly at home due to the covid-19 pandemic, we rent from Hertz at the GSP airport when I need a car. This location is very friendly, remembers me from previous rentals, upgrades when possible, etc. Plus, most importantly during these crazy times, follows CDC requirements for operation and social distancing. Office is extremely clean and vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after each rental.

I rent from this airport location frequently and the customer service is typically great. My xperienxe when returning the vehicle this time was completely unacceptable. The rep waa busy talking about golf and real estate with the customer ahead of me. The line grew to four people. He then acknowleged the last person in line...i had already been first in line for 5 minutes. This left me wondering why I had not been acnowleged??? It felt as though he was giving preferential treatment to the male customers. I am extremely displeased with the return experience for this rental. This location usually provides great customer service.
There is no Hertz at 1 Aviation Ln Greenville. That address will drop you off in a desolate place at the downtown Greenville Airport with nothing there but airplane hangars on the other side of the runway from the Tower.
