I called Jay and he scheduled an appt to come out and do an estimate on a Friday afternoon. Him and his crew came to evaluate and quote. He was knowledgeable, kind and fair. He provided a quote immediately scheduled me for the following week. His crew came right as scheduled, we courteous, clean and work efficiently but with care. Jay came the next day to review the work and review the invoice to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend using Jay Andrews for your electrical needs. Thanks!!!

I contacted Jay Andrews Electrical Services on Monday, January 4th 2021, about coming out to take a look at the outlets on the outside of my home that stopped working. I scheduled for someone to come out on Tuesday, January 5th and take a look. I missed a whole day of work and they never showed. I called them in the afternoon to see where they were and was told that they were busy and got stuck on the other side of town. I understand how it is being busy so I asked to reschedule to a time that would work best for them. We agreed to reschedule to Thursday, January 7th @ 0930. Thursday came and this time my wife was waiting for them. Again they never showed and never tried to contact me to tell me why they weren’t coming. I will never again try to use this unprofessional company.

Jay's work was 100% great!! He arrived when he said considering we called him last minute and he did not make us wait. He is reasonably priced and gave us estimates on other work that we need done and we will definitely be calling on Jay again!!

Jay is honest, hardworking, personable, and knows his trade! He and his crew installed the wiring, breaker, and charging outlet for an electric vehicle in our garage, an exhaust fan in the master bath, and troubleshot a faulty LED light all for an excellent price! It was 100 degrees outside and these gentlemen were up in our oven of an attic running the electrical wires clear across the house to the garage. It must have been miserable, yet they were both friendly, courteous, and professional. Definitely recommend!!
