Well I love jimmy John but my experience today is very poor even when I talk to the manager, he didn't do anything about it. They took my order by phone placed my order and told me 10 min will be ready. When my son went to pick up my order, they told them that my order was deleted. And then I asked why they didn't call me and let me know, and the manager just stood quiet on the phone. Now since they didn't do anything about it, I will never go back to jimmy johns agian. Not to the one on Lohman. This was totally unprofessional and I will be posting this on Facebook because people need to know what they are dealing with.
Ordered online for pickup. Order was completed by the time I showed up and all ingredients were correct on my unwich. Thank you.
Holy cow. Tried to order through drive thru. First took forever to answer. Then when he did he couldn’t hear us, and couldn’t answer any questions. Perhaps when hired they need to learn the menu. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Great sandwiches but they are lacking consistence with the amount of protein is in the sandwich. Sometimes I get a just the right amount of tuna in my sub and other times there is not much tuna at all and I'm eating just bread.
