We stayed at Crossroads in Feb 2021. What a wonderful surprise! The gated park is very spacious and safe. The sites are large, well landscaped and level. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are like no other parks we have stayed, I would rate them as a 10 if I could. The resort is close to a quaint and artsy downtown area but most of the shops are closed Monday and Tuesday so we didn't get to experience. The train track is right outside the park and stays busy and loud. This is the only reason I did not rate as a 5. We will return

Wish we could have stayed longer!nnBeautiful campground. All paved, landscaped, and gated! It is just a half mile from Main St which has food and shopping. Lake City is an artsy town with some fun murals and galleries to check out. Lots of history!nnThe train tracks are close so if noise is something that bothers you, then that is something to consider.nnMr. Glen is the best. If we needed ANYTHING, he was on top of it!

Super Place to Stay! We visited for a week and found this to be a wonderful park! It was clean, well located to downtown, super nice people, and excellent WIFI. Would stay here again!!!

Excellent place. Everything is new. The freight trains running by nearby didn't bother me.

This was a fantastic RV Campground. While I would not consider it a resort, it is a superb RV Park. It is new so the trees have not gotten big enough to provide shade yet but it more than makes up for that. The spots are roomy for a commercial park. It has paved spots with concrete pads, landscaped grounds, secure gate, new clean laundry room, restrooms, and shower facilities, and easy to maneuver your rig around. The staff is absolutely wonderful and go out ot their way to make the stay enjoyable. There are restaurants and shops in town and you are a little over half an hour to Florence SC and a little over an hour to Myrtle Beach. We had no issues with cellular strength on Verizon and the park's internet WiFi was super fast all over the park. One of the best features is the price. Nightly stays are $50.00, weekly are $300.00 and monthly are a little over $500.00. You will not find a nicer park for this kind of prices. The only issue I have heard others in the park mention is an Amtrak train track that runs across the street from the park. Never was an issue for me but like many parks, it is something you need to be aware of.
