Absolutely disgusting. Called to order food 3 hours before they closed. The way I was treated/spoken to you would have thought I ordered 3 minutes before closing time. The guy that answered was rude from beginning until the end. Hung up on me before confirming or completing my order. All set with place. Too any other options around with better quality food and service to be treated like that. Good luck because you will need it. I feel sorry for the owners of this place. If they only knew....

The workers are always nice and courteous. The pizza and subs are absolutely delicious, I usually order from them once a week. Thank you palace pizza

This location is hit or miss on the quality of food. Not my favorite Palace location. Sometimes you get aBLT sub and seriously there is no bacon on it!

I don't ever like to leave negative reviews BUT this was the worst greek salad wrap I have ever had. There was hardly any dressing and there was no feta cheese. The chicken was so dry and barely even cut. I paid over $16.00 for a greek salad wrap and was so disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from Palace Pizza Tarkiln Hill since I moved to the area from Virginia a little over 2 years ago. Since I’ve started ordering from them, they have slowly gone downhill more and more and it’s come to the point, tonight was the final straw. I ordered the usual, steak and cheese grinder, literally the skinniest grinder I’ve ever received. There’s barely any steak on it, no mayonnaise, and the steak that was on it was overcooked, crispy, and burnt. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt every time, hence why I’ve continued bringing my business to them but I will no longer be ordering from them and will have to take my business elsewhere. I made sure I took photos also for proof in case of anything. I tried to review them on Facebook to post my pictures but of course they have reviews blocked on their page. So, take this as a fair warning. If you don’t mind throwing money away for poor quality food, then order away but this is just to let future customers know that you don’t get what you pay for!!!
