Interesting place to visit when coming to Tulsa. The location in downtown Tulsa is a convenient stop when walking between bar and resturant, or just wondering around. It's an interesting acoustic phenomenon that reminds me of the wonder of being a kid. You stand on the circle and when you speak the echo comes back louder. There is no obvious reason which is what makes it fun!
