This place has BEAUTIFUL trails! Most of them were easy enough to walk with my 3 month old in a baby carrier. :) We will definitely be returning soon!
Perfect place to spend the day hiking, fishing, relaxing. The Grind trail has a hidden cave so definitely look for that. Dont pass by the horses unless you pet them headed to overlook point. Some say look out for snakes but I didnt even see 1. Trails are shaded and plenty of wildlife to see. Hope you Enjoy collinsville lake as much as I did.
Even after a heavy rain trails were hard packed and easy to traverse
A beautiful gem, great hiking trails, fishing, serenity.
