Blue Whale of Catoosa

Great place Route 66. I enjoy this place. My only complaint would be the bathroom cleanliness but I LOVE that there is two stalls. Useful for those of us with multiple children. There was only person working the gift shop so I doubt that she could clean the restroom too

After many years of driving by the Blue Whale. I finally stopped and took a look around. It was so much better than I expected! I'm so happy that they are taking care of it because there was a time it was run down and it wasn't open to the public to view. The lady at the gift shop/the volunteer was so sweet and friendly. She told us the history of the Whale, which I already knew, but my husband didn't. If you're ever in the area or traveling that way, it's a must stop!

Great spot to visit during a pandemic.
