The item we were looking for showed us online where it was. We couldn't even find the isle number. I asked someone and he was very helpful in pointing us to the right spot. There wasn't anything marking it to tell us that though. We found one of the two items, online said they had both. When we were ready to pay for it, we couldn't find anyone. Finally a guy called someone and we were able to checkout.
I went to get my Mom's pick up order. Later, we were putting her groceries up and noticed they accidently left off her frozen goods and we had to go back to get them. Emily was the manager that helped and we didn't have any issues collecting the items and she was extremely friendly. Very grateful for her going above and beyond!
Great staff and not crowded. They are actively sanitizing carts as you come in; it is nice being able to see this done. Some places you begin to wonder. One of their employees, Kristina, at the Catoosa location is very friendly and helpful.
This Walmart was huge compared to the one by my house. It made difficult to find things, but it was totally set up different from what I'm used too. They had pretty much everything I needed. I would definitely go back when I have more time to walk around to shop.
Ya can't ding them for being who they are.nThey meet or exceed the Walmart standard.
