I would not rent from here unless you want your storage unit to be “randomly” stolen from. Mine got broken into and was told that they had an idea of who it could be but didn’t want to “point fingers”. and then they told me that mine has been the only one to ever be broken into.....I highly doubt that. Which tells me that this has happened before and they know who it is which makes me think that it’s an inside job. There were other locks just like mine on units close to mine. But yet mine was the only one?!? I have seen workers and the owners walking around when I am there. So they could see whats in my unit!!! They are also buddies with the local cop that’s works that area. Who was super nice to them but not to me. They don’t have many cameras and the ones they do have are poorly pointed.  i would have moved out sooner but my schedule didn't match with anyone else's that I know which is why I left my things there because people PAY THEM TO KEEP THEIR STUFF SAFE!! If you do decide to rent here then I would HIGHLY recommend that you don’t store any electronics. And double lock your unit. Use the round locks. I will NEVER rent from this place again And I will tell all my friends and family to not rent here either. They had NO sympathy to my situation. Just told me file a police report and file a claim with the insurance. The insurance company took a very long time to file my claim and get it resolved. I put my trust and my money into them and this is how I am treated?! FUCK NO! BYE!
