Good price and great customer service. I felt safe leaving my stuff there. What really made me give them 5 stars was the fact that I moved out of my unit two days after I paid for another month. They ended up reimbursing me without me even asking. Definitely recommend!
A recent issue, where Extra Space Storage helped make my life better was when my wallet was stolen containing my storage information along with the keys to one of my storage units. Donna, I believe, helped me change my information, secured my account with a password, as well as help me change myself lock. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She made me feel like my belongings will be secure.
Absolutely amazing storage unit with stellar staff. The units are clean, easily accessible, and rarely busy, which means you can get in and out without a hassle!nnAll of the staff I encountered were extremely kind and helpful!nnThe units are climate-controlled and well-priced for their size.nnI would definitely recommend this place if you want a good deal and an even better experience!
Extra space storage has friendly & helpful employees. I like that my things are safe & inside of a building that is well lit inside & outside. It is gated for safety. Which makes me feel that I am safe if I ever have to go there after hours. Whenever I forget my payment is due, they call to remind me. Those are some of the reasons I would recommend keeping your things here. I'm a satisfied customer.
The best experience with storage spaces I’ve had. Safe and secure and easy access. Great and friendly personnel. Would recommend and I would use again.
