TJ does a great job customizing a workout to maximize my potential. He also is excellent at moral support and motivating! The equipment is top notch! I love it when the doors are open!
Great environment to get a good workout. I like that there are not a ton of mirrors. They give great work out plans custom to your needs.
TJ is incredible! The knowledge, training, professionalism and love he has for his people and his gym is evident as soon as you step through the door. If you're looking for a family and not just a place to work out, Connor Strength and Conditioning is definitely the place!!!!
